Dwayne Brings with him over 20 years of sales and customer service experience, mostly in the automotive industry.  Having the right focus, determination and a strong work ethic helped Dwayne achieve top recognition and multiple sales awards.  With his experience Dwayne truly understands helping you sell along with helping you select the right home for you and your family!

Outside of work Dwayne loves spending time with his wife Emily, daughters Andi & Kori, their dog and two cats.  Also loving golf, motorsports, hockey and hangout out with friends.

About Priscilla Brown

Having been a Realtor since 2005, I am dedicated to offering my clients exceptional customer service and guidance every step of the way along with an honest, down to earth, personal approach that puts you at ease throughout your home buying process. Born and raised in Quispamsis/Saint John area affords me knowledge of the local market. My passion for real estate started with house flipping when I was 17 years of age and since then have renovated and resold many homes in the past several years allowing me to share my insights beyond what one might see cosmetically to either make that home you are looking to purchase your dream home, or by assisting sellers in getting the most out of your selling experience by making your house appealing to today’s buyers.

Working in the financing and marketing industry prior to my career in real estate also allows me to be able to provide my clients with marketing strategies coupled with basic information on the financial aspects of the home.  Having the right contacts to help with the process of buying or selling a home makes the process less stressful. About Sam Soontiens

Samantha grew up in Quispamsis, and began her career at the Saint John Irving Oil Refinery in 2011. From her time as an Asset Integrity Inspector, Sam brings her ability to work well with others, has great attention to detail, and can work well under pressure. Family is Samantha’s number one priority and is raising her two young children in Rothesay with her husband. When they are done spending their days at the rink during the winter, they enjoy their summer days outdoors finding new places to explore. Reliable, honest, respectful, and hard-working are only a few traits to describe Sam. She will work diligently for you and will ensure to give the best experience possible when buying or selling a home. She believes this process should be an exciting time and is thrilled to meet new clients to work with, as well as build strong relationships that will last!

About Kendell Forgie

Kendell comes with 15 years of real estate experience both in a Realtor role and an administrative assistant. She brings to the team her in-depth knowledge of real estate and what it takes to ensure things run smoothly within a team and for each of our clients. We are excited to have Kendell as an integral part of The Snell Group to ensure our buyers and sellers receive the best service possible throughout their real estate transactions. About Madison Daigle

Madison is a recent 2020 graduate from UNB Saint John, completing a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a major in Marketing. She was born and raised in the East Saint John area and still lives there today! Determined, patient, easygoing, and enthusiastic to learn new things is how her friends would describe her.

Outside of work Madison loves spending time with her family, playing with her dog Piper, and hanging out with friends. Madison is very friendly and is always willing to help.

About Harlee Wright

Harlee has a heart of gold and unbridled enthusiasm. After her first fantastic year as a REALTOR®, she is excited to continue on with her career! With a big move to Alberta in 2013 to fulfill her lifelong dream of being an assistant horse trainer, a few years later life had other plans and returned to the Sussex area in 2017 to prepare for a new baby to be born in July. Skip ahead to the present and this opportunity means so much to Harlee, along with her fiancé Nathaniel and their now 3-year-old son Bowden. Harlee, being involved in horses since she was a little girl, continues to do so with 4 horses and 2 dogs to keep the passion of animals going.
