As first time home buyers, we were clueless when it came to purchasing a home. Danny Lunn was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to and knew what we were looking for. We could contact him at anytime with the dumbest questions and he was always so helpful. Once we had an offer accepted, we worked with their transaction coordinator, Kendell who was also extremely helpful. She gave us steps to follow, when and who to contact for every little thing. We couldn't have picked better people to work with during one of the biggest decisions in life!! 🙂

There are enough challenges in finding a home when you are in the same area but when you are on the other end of the country well that is even more so. One of the issues that we dealt with was a four hour time difference but sometimes she was up very late east coast time and keeping us updated on homes we had questions about. House sold in 2 months. All staff very friendly and responded to my emails in a timely manor. They gave me good notice for showings. I will it is easier to contact the girls in office than the agent as they are super busy. They are obviously good at what they do as I have seen their For Sale signs everywhere!! Thanks Snell Group.
