We have just had a wonderful experience working with The Snell Group! It was so great to work with this group of people. We first met with Dwayne back in March 2024 to discuss listing our home for June/July. We knew we wouldn’t be ready until then but he came to meet with us and give us all the information we needed. During the next few months he would check in with us but we felt no pressure. When the time came and we felt ready Dwayne was there and had our house up within a matter of days. He priced it just right and guided us every step of the way! He was always just a text or phone call away on a Sunday night! Our home sold in 5 days! Once our home sold and we were ready to purchase our new home we then met with Priscilla. She was absolutely fabulous and once we decided on something we moved fast! I don’t think she knew how fast we would be moving but she was always so quick to respond to a text/call! She made the purchasing of a new home so easy! One thing with The Snell Group is all the other people involved! With over 60+ viewings on our home Madison was an expert scheduler! She was always just a text away!
